Powell's POV: The video comes from the Brad and Britt Show. The video was shot at one of Flair's Walmart autograph signings on Thursday. There's no word yet on whether TNA officials have given Flair their blessing or if he will be contractually free to make the appearance, but he was definitive in saying he would appear onstage.
