Paul Bearer treated for a blood clot just days before his death

"Cowboy" Bob Kelly, president of the Cauliflower Alley Club, told TMZ that the late Paul Bearer entered a hospital just three days before his death for "respiratory issues" and was subsequently treated for a blood clot. Shore's Slant: Please don't go telling people Bearer died of a blood clot as that is not what is being reported here, only that he was treated for one. The clot may ultimately be the cause, but that is not known yet. Bearer hasn't exactly been the picture of health these past few years, and as Jim Ross pointed out, his health has declined quicker since the passing of his wife. That's not uncommon for people who have been together a long time.
