Matt Hardy arrested after being kicked out of WWE sponsored rehab

Former WWE star Matt Hardy was arrested upon his return to Moore County, N.C. from a rehab facility, according to TMZ.com. He was charged with violating a court order.

Powell's POV: The arrest was expected given that a judge had told him he would be placed in jail on a million dollar bond if he failed to complete the rehab program. For those who missed the previous story, Hardy was kicked out of WWE sponsored rehab after failing a breathalyzer test. He claimed he failed because he had just used mouthwash.
