Linda McMahon's campaign spokesman responded to Democrats posting footage of the Katie Vick angle and other risque video footage online. Ed Patru emailed the Hartford Courant and stated that they have nothing to do with what WWE does.

Meanwhile, WWE has been asking Youtube to pull the footage the Democrats are posting because it's the company's intellectual property. "This is continuing a process that goes on," WWE vice president Robert Zimmerman stated. "It is not related to the campaign. We constantly track illegal usage of our intellectual propery.
