WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross updated the blog section of JRsbarbq.com. The following items are among the highlights. To order J.R.'s BBQ products, visit WWEShop.com.

-Ross on WWE Developmental: "The World Champ (Big Show) wrestled Bo Dallas on NXT (at Thursday's taping) in a match I called with William Regal. Show being there in Orlando was a testament to his commitment to WWE and the Developmental System, which is going to get MUCH bigger and better in the near future. I'm legit excited about where Talent Development is headed."

Powell's POV: I'm intrigued by the note that developmental is about to get bigger and better. Of course, I'll be even more excited if we start to see some of the current stars of developmental crack the main roster. I mentioned in the November 1 Dot Net Weekly audio show that we should see some developmental wrestlers get the call up before the end of the year. Here's hoping that's still the plan.

-Ross on Sara Del Rey: "Sara Del Ray doing an excellent job working/coaching the Divas. IMO I was the best in ring Divas bouts Thursday night as I've seen in WWE in a while. Layla, Alicia Fox, Paige and newcomer Sasha did well."

Powell's POV: I really wish WWE would find an in-ring role for Del Rey, but there's no doubt that the developmental Divas can learn from her.

-Ross on the WWE Survivor Series: "Watching WWE Survivor Series on PPV at home. I'll be pleased to be home as I assume that Cole, Lawler, and JBL will handle the PPV broadcast. Should be an interesting show. Got a feeling some intriguing days lie ahead. Seems like the time is here to consider a reshuffling of the deck. Just my opinion."

Powell's POV: I'm ready for some reshuffling. The top two programs with C.M. Punk, Ryback, and John Cena on the Raw side and Big Show and Sheamus on the Smackdown side feel fresh, but there's not enough attention being paid to what's happening underneath the top programs.

Other topics include much more on the latest WWE NXT taping with notes on Seth Rollins, Michael McGillicutty, Antonio Cesaro, Roman Reigns, Big E Langston, and more.
