WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross updated the blog section of JRsbarbq.com. The following items are among the highlights. To order J.R.'s BBQ products, visit WWEShop.com.

JR's blog focussed on things he's thankful for in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday.

-Ross on WWE: "WWE. The best professional move that I ever made was coming to WWE in 1993. In approximately two months, I will be a 20 year guy in WWE while celebrating 39 years in the business in 2013. The McMahon family has facilitated all my wrestling dreams coming true and a quality of life that I never foresaw."

Powell's POV: Ross also expressed thanks for his time in WCW. Yes, really. It seems like Ross and Vince McMahon are on better terms these days. The speech Vince delivered at Jim Ross Appreciation Night was a classy and unexpected move.

-Ross on Steve Austin: "Steve Austin. We've remained our friendship through so much that has occurred in our personal and professional lives. In the wrestling business, long term friendships are challenging to maintain but we have. Hopefully, I will live to see Stone Cold wrestle one, last, big time match in his career and, if I'm lucky, I'll be there to call it. Hey, a guy can dream, right? Steve Austin will always be known as WWE's Greatest Superstar for a variety of reasons."

Powell's POV: Ross has been quick to shoot down rumors of Austin returning to the ring in the past. One one think that if Austin agreed to return, he would make sure his longtime friend called the match. After all, it wouldn't feel right for an Austin match to not include a call of "Stone Cold, Stone Cold, Stone Cold!!!"

-Ross on Michael Cole: "Michael Cole. Pleased that our controversial storyline issues are behind us and that we've been able to collaborate in a productive manner. I sincerely enjoyed working with Michael while the King was on the mend and have the utmost respect for @MichaelCole. Hopefully we can do it again some day under better circumstances."

Powell's POV: Ross has been highly complimentary of Cole in recent months. He seems to have developed an appreciation for how things have changed in terms of all the little things that Cole has to do now that were not a concern throughout Ross's run.

Ross counted his blessings and expressed thanks for a number of additional people and things in his life in his full blog. As always, we only run the highlights. Keep in mind that Ross does his blog to promote his BBQ products, so keep him in mind when you make your Black Friday or Cyber Monday purchases.
