"G.I. Joe 2" delayed until next spring, just before WrestleMania 29

WWE part time Superstar The Rock's summer blockbuster "G.I. Joe 2"was originally scheduled for release on June 29. Paramount announced today that the movie would be delayed to March 29, 2013 to allow for the movie to be enhanced to 3D for a bigger box office, especially overseas. Shore's Slant: So instead of releasing it in the summer when movie attendance is higher, they are going to wait until early spring because 3D is going to make that big of a difference? Yeah, I'm throwing the bullshit flag. I think this pretty much confirms that the Rock will be involved in a major way come next year's WrestleMania in New Jersey.
