ECW rating drops despite Smackdown hype

ECW drew a 1.3 rating, which is down from the 1.5 rating the show drew last week. This week's show had 1,708,000 viewers.

Powell's POV: I guess the hype they gave the Finlay vs. Mike Knox match on Smackdown didn't help much. My theory is that Raw was so boring on Monday that there were viewers who decided not to tune in for ECW last night. I have no evidence to support that claim aside from the fact that Raw sucked, but it's my theory I'm sticking with it.
