Dot Net WWE News: Todd Grisham update, Smackdown writer returns

-Todd Grisham did not work the ECW tapings this week due to a death in his immediate family. There's no word yet on whether he will return to work at Tuesday's taping.

-Did you notice more talking during Smackdown on Friday night? That might be attributable to the fact that lead writer Michael Hayes was on vacation last week. He was back on the job for Sunday's taping of this week's Smackdown.

Powell's POV: One can only hope that Grisham will get as much time as he needs to cope with the death in his family. As for Hayes, I have a hunch that Cabana segment with Carlito and Primo would not have played out so miserably had he been on the job.
