Independent pro wrestling star Colt Cabana addressed the possibility of working for WWE in a Twitter post. "No WWE for me," Cabana wrote. "They've 'courted me' for over a year about an announcing gig. I'm sure they will now detract it. I'm a PODCASTER!" Follow Colt online at Twitter.com/ColtCabana

Powell's POV: Colt mentioned on the Steve Austin Podcast that he had a WWE tryout coming up as an announcer, but the new Tweet seems to suggest that he's moved on. He had a disappointing WWE run as Scottie Goldman. I've never understood why comedy loving WWE didn't embrace Cabana with open arms. Their loss is the indy scene's gain.
