Arn Anderson was asked about his long wait in entering the WWE Hall of Fame during an interview with Mike Mooneyham of the Charleston Post and Courier. "I’m never going to be one of those guys who asked what took so long," Anderson said. "I’m just floored by the fact that it’s happening. It’s a very elite group."

Anderson also commented on Ole Anderson not being included in the Four Horsemen induction. "I wasn’t given the details, but I knew of it from way back," said Arn. "I think it’s still true today. Rather than have all that tension on what’s supposed to be a great day, it’s just easier with Barry. From a performance standpoint, I don’t know if anyone’s ever been better than Barry Windham." Powell's POV: Arn went on to praise Ole for much of his success in the pro wrestling industry. He also listed the two things that make him miss working matches, and noted that he's one of the few people in the business who has been married for 28 years while thanking his family.
