9/4 WWE Smackdown preview: Rey Mysterio defends the Intercontinental Title (no spoilers)

The following matches were taped on Tuesday in Cleveland, Oh. and will air on tonight's WWE Smackdown television show.

-Finlay and The Great Khali vs. Kane and Mike Knox.

-Rey Mysterio vs. John Morrison for the Intercontinental Title.

-Layla and Natalya vs. Maria and Eve.

-C.M. Punk vs. Matt Hardy in a non-title match.

Powell's POV: This looks like another strong show on paper thanks to the IC Title match and the Punk vs. Hardy match. It will be fun to see if Matt can step up and have a great match with Punk. It's a great opportunity for Hardy to shine.
