Dot Net reader Kevin Winkler attended the WWE taping in Washington, D.C. and sent the following report on WWE Raw. Partial credit for the report goes to

Miz TV opened the show. John Cena came out first, talking about a New Year's toast with Dolph Ziggler and A.J. Rhodes Sscholars interrupted. Damien Sandow and John Cena had an exchange on Redskins' quarterback RG3, then Cody Rhodes's mustache. A match was made with Cena and Miz vs. Rhodes Scholars.

1. John Cena and The Miz defeated Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Cena won with an AA on Sandow. Shocker.

Antonio Cesaro came out and called out Sgt. Slaughter for a match.

2. U.S. Champion Antonio Cesaro defeated Sgt. Slaughter. Cesaro won with the Neutralizer.

Ryback vs. The Shield was announced for later in the show.

3. Kane and Daniel Bryan defeated Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre (w/Jinder Mahal). Bryan won the match for his team with a top rope headbutt. It's a damn shame they are wasting Slater, McIntyre, and Mahal.

C.M. Punk and Paul Heyman cut a promo that Vince McMahon interrupted. Vince said WWE doctors will evaluate Punk to determine whether he can face Ryback on January 7.

4. Sheamus fought Dolph Ziggler (w/A.J. Lee and Big E Langston) fought to a no-contest when The Shield interfered.

Brad Maddox asked Paul Heyman for a job and was turned away.

Eve came out and said she wanted to defend her Divas Championship against Mae Young as part of the champions pick their challengers theme for the show. Mae was not in the building, so Eve won via forfeit. Kaitlyn came out and attacked Eve.

Big Show chose to defend his title against Ricardo Rodriguez.

5. Big Show defeated Ricardo Rodriguez by DQ. Alberto Del Rio interfered.

Kofi Kingston chose to defend his title against Wade Barrett.

6. Wade Barrett defeated Kofi Kingston to win the Intercontinental Title.

The Shield attacked Ryback as he was making his entrance. Sheamus ran out for the save, and then Randy Orton returned and joined Sheamus and Ryback. The Shield left through the crowd and no match actually took place.

Dolph and A.J. held a New Year's toast and uninvited Cena, who came out anyway. Cena did a bit on the big screen in which he showed A.J.'s illegitimate children, which had the heads of WWE wrestlers and legends on them. Cena announced that he will be in the 30-man Royal Rumble. After Cena left the ring, fake crap fell from the rafters onto Dolph and A.J.
