Although Eric Bischoff is heavily involved in the creative process, there are no signs that Vince Russo's job as the head of creative is in jeopardy. In fact, one TNA office insider insists that a change will not be made anytime soon. "I have news for everybody on the internet that wants to see him fired," said the source. "It ain't happening. He's not going anywhere."

The source went on to state that Dixie Carter has some trust issues with people on the wrestling side of the company right now, and won't be in any hurry to hand over the reigns to Bischoff, Hulk Hogan, or any other newcomers.

Powell's POV: I've heard similar statements from multiple sources within TNA. Russo has been wise to include Dixie in creative discussions. He's been receptive to her ideas and includes her in the creative process so some extent, which is a change from the previous creative regime. She feels comfortable with Russo and knows he's committed to the company. I've always felt that Russo did his best work in WWE when he had Vince McMahon editing him. Perhaps Bischoff can play a similar role for Russo in TNA.
