TNA News: Why two top wrestlers were missing when Dixie Carter gave her speech to the talent roster
Nov 12, 2009 - 12:33 PM |
A number of people have questioned why Kurt Angle and Kevin Nash were not seated with the rest of the talent roster when Dixie Carter delivered the speech that aired on last week's TNA Impact.
Angle did not appear on last week's show because he was selling the neck injury angle from the week before. Meanwhile, Nash was serving a suspension due to his in-ring verbal outburst regarding the way Chris Sabin's injury was handled at the previous taping.
Powell's POV: TNA didn't keep the heels and the babyfaces separate, but it would have seemed odd if Angle had been shown in the crowd and then "called from home" later in the show.
