-Tomko may not appear on tonight's Impact taping after all. However, he is in the booking plans for these tapings and there is talk that he could return tomorrow night instead.

-Although there has been speculation within TNA that Bryan Danielson could also sign with TNA, he is not backstage at the television taping.

Powell's POV: The buzz on Tomko is that he has not signed a long-term deal with TNA. There is some talk that he is only in through the next pay-per-view, but that could change. For TNA's sake, one can only hope that they signed Tomko to some type of agreement for the amount of time they intend to use him, as WWE officials could be in revenge mode after TNA swooped in and took Nigel McGuinness.

There was some speculation within TNA that Danielson could be an option along with McGuinness, but the fact that he's not backstage today could be a sign that he's still WWE bound. However, nothing is official at this time.
