Taz posted a couple of notes on his Twitter page regarding his new role as the new color commentator. "I am already LOVING my new role in TNA," Taz wrote. "I had a blast with Mike (Tenay) also. TNA will sound different starting Thursday."

Powell's POV: I like the move a lot. It is good to know West is retaining a role in merchandising. I've always felt he would be good in the role of a backstage hype man, so maybe they can still use him in that capacity as well.
