Kurt Angle's attorney defended his client in an interview with WPXI.com on Sunday. Attorney Michael Santicola claims there was no corroborating evidence to prove Rhaka Khan needed a protection from abuse order, and said there was no way Angle could have known she was at Starbucks where he was accused of violating an order for protection.

Santicola also stated that Angle has a prescription for the HGH that was found inside his vehicle. "I have spoken with his agent, it is under prescription, multiple people use it in his industry and it is not illegal." The attorney noted that Angle will be out of town this week (at the TNA television tapings) and that the preliminary hearing scheduled for Tuesday will likely be delayed. Powell's POV: I'm sure WWE and TNA officials are not happy to see that Angle's attorney stated that "multiple people use it in his industry." One can only assume that TNA officials believe Angle's side of the story based on the fact that they kept the TNA Title around his waist at tonight's pay-per-view.
