Dot Net TNA News - TNA and Konnan settling the racial discrimination lawsuit out of court
May 5, 2009 - 04:18 PM |
As reported last week in Dot Net Members' audio, TNA is on the verge of settling the racial discrimination lawsuit that was filed by Konnan (a/k/a Charles Ashenoff). Multiple TNA sources note that the company has agreed to pay Konnan over $500,00 as part of the settlement. There will be a confidentiality agreement as part of the settlement.
Powell's POV: The settlement is not official, but both sides have agreed in principle. I contacted Konnan to get his side of the story, but he declined to comment on the matter or to confirm or deny the basics of the story.
