TNA Impact rating: Mick Foley draws the best rating of the show, a TNA Original who is getting a big push draws the weakest rating of the night
Nov 14, 2008 - 04:59 PM

Thursday's TNA Impact drew a 1.1 rating, which is equal to the rating the show drew last week. The show drew approximately 1.5 million viewers.

The opening segment with Mick Foley addressing the TNA Originals drew the highest rating of the night with a 1.27. The main event segment that featured Christian Cage being attacked by the Main Event Mafia drew the second-highest rating of the night with a 1.17.

Powell's POV: Strong number for the Foley segment. It appears that the big overtime NFL game between the Jets and Patriots had no effect on TNA's numbers. It's worth noting that the lowest rated segment of the night was for the Eric Young vs. Sheik Abdul Bashir match, which reinforces my belief that TNA needs to stop pushing Young down the throats of viewers.
