-Angelina Love was shaken up when she took a shot to the throat from Christy Hemme at Monday night's television taping.

-Spike TV officials were giving people the impression that they were pleased with the 1.1 rating the live special scored last week. There are generally one or two Spike TV reps backstage at the television tapings. There were said to be roughly a dozen Spike reps at the live show in Las Vegas.

Powell's POV: These items were posted on the Dot Net Members website prior to Impact on Thursday. It was obvious from watching the show that she suffered the injury early in the match, as she clutched her throat and was limited for the remainder of the match. Love was feeling better the next day and is not expected to miss any ring time.

The Spike reps are said to be supportive and positive about the overall TNA product. As for them being positive about the rating, even the TNA people I spoke with were surprised that they seem to be pleased with drawing the usual rating for the live special. Of course, they will be even more pleased with the 1.2 rating that has come out since these items were first posted on the members' site.
