TNA News: New Impact TV location announced, new X Division rules

-TNA announced in Chicago that the June 20 live Impact Wrestling television show and the taping for the June 27 show will be held in Peoria, Illinois. [Thanks to Dot Net reader John Davis]
-TNA president Dixie Carter stated on Twitter that there are "new rules coming to X Division matches" starting March 21.
Powell's POV: There's no word on what the new rules are, but hopefully they will pertain to more than the same three X Division wrestlers. By the way, Dot Net reader Ryan Schultz reports that Carter has been taking photos with the fans in Chicago prior to the show.
