Shore's Slant: Impact has been improving over the past few months, with a small bump in the road through most of November, though they still have a ways to go. The irony of Hogan praising Dixie is that Dixie's reluctance to let Vince Russo go led to the company being down for as long as it was. She did make the right decision, finally, but who knows where TNA might be today if she had pulled the trigger earlier.
