TNA News: Hulk Hogan suing for more than $100 million in damages from sex tape

TNA legend Hulk Hogan announced in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday that he has filed a lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge (a/k/a Todd Clem) and the radio shock jock's ex-wife Heather Clem for recording his sex act with Heather without his consent. Hogan is also suing the Gawker website for publishing a portion of the footage of their sexual encounter. Hogan is seeking $100 million from the Gawker website, and an unspecified amount from Bubba and Heather Clem. Powell's POV: Hogan's attorneys are demanding that they will go after anyone who republishes the sex footage and are demanding that anyone who has copies turn them in so they can be destroyed. You have no idea how badly I wish they could erase the haunting images from my brain.
