"Well, I can say that is not true," Foley said when asked if he has signed with TNA, "though I may try out a pay-per-view with them." Foley's contract with WWE expires on Monday. It will be interesting to see whether he commits to TNA long-term or if he tests the waters before inking a lengthy deal.
