TNA star Hulk Hogan's attorney sent a cease and desist letter to TheDirty.com editor Nik Richie insisting that he remove images posted on the website that were taken from Hogan's unauthorized sex tape. "As you know, should a sex tape or photographs of Mr. Bollea exist, they were taken without his consent and therefore the same would constitute a felony in the State of Florida," Hogan's attorney wrote. Powell's POV: The story states that Richie has no plans to remove the images from his website. The shots are so grainy that I was waiting for John Holmes and Linda Lovelace to show up in the background of one of the shots.
