Ari Falcher was beaten in San Diego last month after taking pictures of the Eric Bischoo and Jason Hervey production "Biker Wives," which will air on the Discovery Channel. There are conflicting reports as to whether Falcher was attacked without provocation or if he swung his camera at a security guard. Shore's Slant: I do not mean to imply the Pixiq story is unfair, but it does slant in Falcher's favor and I wanted to state that for the record. I vaguely remember Bischoff making a comment about this somewhere when it happened. Be warned, the first photo is of Falcher in the hospital and the guy was certainly handled roughly.
