TNA Impact Wrestling was taped on Saturday in London without the company's usual stage. The issue the company encountered was that they had sold too many tickets to the event before they decided to tape television in London. If they had set up the stage, they would have been forced to turn away fans who had already purchased tickets by giving them refunds.

Powell's POV: It will be interesting to see a stripped down Impact Wrestling show with no ramp or pyro when the first of the two shows that were taped airs on Thursday night. TNA made the right call by taking this approach. There's no telling how it will come across on television, but the other option was to turn away people who already purchased tickets and potentially lose them as fans in the process.
