TNA star Hulk Hogan filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife Linda Bolla. The 18-page lawsuit claims that Linda wrote her autobiography to pump some life into her "sagging career." The lawsuit also takes issue with Linda's claims of physical abuse, and allegations that he had a homosexual affair with Brutus Beefcake.

"He's being accused of all sorts of vile conduct that he did not commit," Hogan's attorney, Wil Florin, said. "Miss Bollea's made enough of these outrageous allegations that it's time they stop," he said. Powell's POV: For what it's worth, Linda did not outright state that Hogan had an affair with Beefcake in the interview I heard. Rather, she danced around it by saying she heard the rumor, which might be enough to save her legally. I am surprised that Hogan filed the lawsuit now. It seems like Linda's media blitz is over and nobody is really talking about her book, so this merely draws more attention to some of her comments.
