Dot Net TNA News: Jeff Hardy court case pushed back yet again
Jun 2, 2011 - 03:45 PM |
By Chris Shore
Jeff Hardy's court case has been continued again until June 27, according to Prowrestling.net sources. At the April 21 hearing, the state asked for more time to evaluate Hardy for drug treatment services.
Becky Carlson, the administrator for Moore County's Sentencing Services program, had said she needed until June 1 to complete Hardy's evaluation. When granting the extension, the judge encouraged her to work faster. Dot Net has not been able to confirm if the evaluation is complete or if Carlson asked for more time.
Shore's Slant: No, I did not drive to the courthouse for this one as I've done in the past. I heard rumblings and checked it out before leaving. But it also looks like June 27 is going to be the day this thing is adjudicated. We will have more information as it becomes available.
