TNA News: Lawsuit filed by Hulk Hogan dismissed by judge
May 3, 2011 - 04:45 PM |
A lawsuit filed by TNA star Hulk Hogan against his insurance company has been dismissed by a Pinellas County, Fla. circuit judge. Hogan claimed that Wells Fargo Southeast didn't properly advise him to increase his insurance as his risk grew. Thus, Hogan paid money out of his own pocket in the settlement with the family of John Graziano, who suffered brain damage while riding as a passenger of a car driven by Hogan's son Nick. Powell's POV: I don't think too many people thought Hogan had a good chance of winning this lawsuit. The insurance company produced documents that proved they made offers to Hogan's ex-wife Linda Bollea to increase insurance in 2000, 2002, 2005, and 2007. Shockingly, the self-described "savvy businesswoman" did not take them up on the offer.
