Powell’s POV: The footage opens with Kurt Angle cutting an in-ring promo and then introducing Jarrett. I was really hoping for a promo like this on the Slammiversary show from either Jarrett or Dixie Carter. Nevertheless, it's cool footage of a rare Jarrett appearance.
