TNA Impact taping notes: Spoiler notes regarding a title change, Jeff Hardy, Fortune, and "They" for Thursday's television show (correspondents needed for tonight's taping)
Oct 12, 2010 - 02:53 PM

The following contains spoiler information regarding Thursday's TNA Impact television show.

-Madison Rayne regained the TNA Knockouts Title from Tara at Monday's TNA Impact taping.

-As reported yesterday before the taping exclusively for Dot Net Members, Jeff Hardy appears in the opening segment to address his new alliance with Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Abyss, and Jeff Jarrett.

-Dot Net Members also received early word that Fortune is now aligned with Hogan and Bischoff's group.

Powell's POV: Tara laid down for Madison, as they are playing up the storyline that Tara is indebted to her for letting her return to the company. Tara lost a match to Madison that carried a stipulation that she would have to leave the company if she was defeated.

I am concerned anytime I see a faction war that splits the roster. There's a lot of wrestlers aligned with the Bischoff and Hogan faction. As we saw with the NWO, it can make for good television while it's hot, but roster splitting faction wars can be difficult to get out of while maintaining fan interest.

As always, we are looking for correspondents who can provide reports on the TNA Impact tapings. If you went to last night's show or are going to tonight's show and want to help, contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.
