TNA Knockout Daffney rushed to the hospital, Dot Net correspondent provides notes, Dixie Carter comments
Apr 20, 2010 - 05:47 PM |
TNA Knockout Daffney was injured during a match at the Impact tapings on Tuesday. "Daffeny was injured and carried out on a stretcher during a pre-show match," writes Dot Net reader David Vargas. "No updates yet, but was told ribs may be damaged but not to serious."
Meanwhile, TNA president Dixie Carter posted a message on her Twitter page confirming the news. "Daffney injured in a dark match tonight," Carter wrote. "Taken to hospital in ambulance. She will be ok. Will let you know updates once I confirm." To read more from Carter, visit her Twitter.com/TNADixie.
Powell's POV: No word yet on how the injury occurred. It sounds like it was a scary situation, so it's good to hear she's going to be okay. Thanks to Dot Net reader Mike Brissette for passing along the link to Dixie's Twitter page.
