TNA wrestler Desmond Wolfe predicts how successful fellow ROH alum Daniel Bryan will do in WWE
Mar 7, 2010 - 11:19 AM

Desmond Wolfe told Tom Hererra of Fanhouse.com that he expects good things from Daniel Bryan in WWE. "I think he'll be tremendously successful," Wolfe said. "The thing with Bryan is that everybody says he's the best wrestler in the world, and you know I think I'd be hard-pressed to find someone who I'd say is better. It's difficult, isn't it? A lot of people with a lot of talent go in to WWE, and some of them for whatever reason get lost in the cracks and don't make it to the level of success that you think they would.

"But I think Dragon has always over-succeeded in his life, and by that I don't mean that he's not as good as people say he is. He's every bit as good as he says. He doesn't necessarily have the look, he doesn't necessarily have the athletic ability, but he's worked so hard.

"I said to him the other day when I saw him, if he was born with more of that sort of look that they expect from a professional wrestler, he'd probably be a lot further along than he is already. But I think he's going to be tremendously successful. He's certainly in that sort of mold as well that gives him a lot of opportunity, and I think he stands out by not trying to stand out, you know?" Powell's POV: Wolfe also commented on the working relationship between TNA and Ring of Honor and noted that he hopes it continues. He was asked about why his WWE negotiations fell through, possible surprises on Monday's live edition of TNA Impact,
