Powell's POV: I guess we shouldn't be too surprised that Hart could make his managerial return in TNA given that his longtime friend Hulk Hogan has stroke within the company. I am somewhat surprised that he would give up his gig with WWE to return for TNA, but it's also possible he received their blessing.
