TNA announcer and former ECW World Champion Taz commented on his Facebook page about WWE and Vince McMahon shutting down the ECW brand.

-Taz on who Vince did not thank: "Point is, why not acknowledge the Paul Heymen's contributions to the industry? Or, saying thanks to all the ECW original wrestlers? A lot of blood, sweat and tears were dropped during the original ECW's life! If you are going to thank cameramen & directors (etc) than acknowledge the past history because its well deserved."

Twill's Two Cents: Very valid points and WWE has a few weeks to give ECW a proper sendoff. Taz did make reference to this at the end of his blog.

-Taz on why he is confused about Vince's announcement: "I know for a FACT how proud Vince is of the WWE HOF! And he should be! I know for a FACT how proud Vince is that his highly successful company is in a position to ACKNOWLEDGE the past success of those who have paved the way for the industry! I know for a FACT that Vince feels its his (and his company) responsibility to recognize the successes of the wrestlers of the past...even if they never wrestled for the WWF/WWE!"

Twill's Two Cents: I praised Taz earlier for being honest in his comments, even if they came across as negative. These positive comments about Vince McMahon show that he is someone that will always speak his mind genuinely, which I can always respect.
