TNA president Dixie Carter teases a one-night tournament for the Thanksgiving edition of TNA Imapct

TNA president Dixie Carter wrote on her Twitter page that she is working on a "huge one night tournament" for the Thanksgiving night edition of Impact. The company has scrapped the Turkey Bowl concept, and held a series of tournaments for shots at the various titles at the TNA Impact tapings last night.

Powell's POV: I'm so happy to see the Turkey Bowl concept scrapped. Now if only they would follow up by ditching or tweaking the Feast or Fired, King of the Mountain, and all cage match show concepts. TNA officials are looking at this time as a new beginning, so now is the time to evaluate some of the gimmick matches and pay-per-view concepts.
