Dixie Carter earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Ole Miss in 1986, according to an article posted in the Memphis Commercial Appeal. "I don't know how she did everything she did as an undergraduate, because she made good grades, she was involved in every aspect of student life and she had a good time," Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs Thomas Reardon said.
