TNA President Dixie Carter told Multichannel News that she hopes to add additional programming on Spike TV in the future. "We're very excited to know that we have a long-term future with Spike," Carter said.
"It's my goal and desire to have additional programming come from this deal as well ... I think you'll see more TNA programming on Spike in the coming years, which is very important for us." To read the full story, visit MultiChannel.com.
Powell's POV: TNA has added 10 one-hour specials to the programming special, but it sounds like they will be "best of" specials rather than first-run material. Honestly, I have no desire to see another weekly TNA show at this time. I'd rather see them make the most of their Thursday night show before adding additional first-run programming.
