TNA News: WWE castoff signs a long term deal with TNA

Dixie Carter announced on her Twitter page that D'Angelo Dinero signed a new deal with the company. "Right before I walked in to watch the pay-per-view just now, The Pope and I signed his new long term deal," Carter wrote on her Twitter page. "He is the real deal." Powell's POV: For those who haven't been following along, Dinero previously worked as Elijah Burke in WWE. He plays "The Pope" character in TNA. I'm happy to see TNA ink Dinero to a long term deal, as the live crowds have responded nicely to his early work in the company.
