TNA News: Ultimate X and tournament to decide new X Division Champion, additional qualifiers revealed

TNA has announced that there will be four singles tournament matches that will take place at the Destination X pay-per-view. The four winners of those matches will advance to an Ultimate X match, which will determine the new X Division Champion. Powell's POV: The TNA regulars were given an automatic spot in the tournament. There will be additional qualifying matches on next week's Impact television show. It's a bit chaotic, but I like this approach because the wrestlers are earning a spot in the Ultimate X match rather than just being thrown in a gimmick match that will determine the new champion.
