TNA News: The result of today's Jeff Hardy court hearing

TNA star Jeff Hardy was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday in Moore County, N.C. to face drug trafficking charges stemming from his September 2009 arrest. However, the case was once again continued to a later date. The reason cited was that the district attorney's office is waiting for evidence to come back from the state bureau of investigation.

Powell's POV: Chris Shore made his now monthly trip to the courthouse on Wednesday. Following Hardy's last appearance in court, Chris reported that Hardy's next hearing was scheduled for March 16. Local media mistakenly reported that the next hearing would take place on March 21 before running the March 16 correction.
