TNA News: Spike TV won't air Impact next week, online show to air instead

As previously noted, TNA Impact will not air on Spike TV next week. The show is preempted for an airing of "Gangland." The show will return to it's usual Thursday night time slot on September 16. However, TNA will be holding a special online Bound For Glory show on Sept. 9.

Powell's POV: The NFL kickoff takes place next Thursday and my Vikings are playing, so I should probably send a fruit basket to the good folks at Spike TV. Dixie Carter will be answering fan questions on the online show. Maybe she'll take a second crack at explaining why she continues to employ Vince Russo since her shoot interview explanation was so bad that I was left wondering whether Russo wrote it for her.
