TNA News: Returning to the Impact Zone, upcoming tapings cancelled

TNA has reportedly cancelled upcoming television tapings in Baltimore, Maryland, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Arlington, Texas. The company intends to hold a round of television tapings in Orlando, Florida at the Impact Zone at Universal Studios.

Powell's POV: The cost-cutting measures continue. We broke the story that TNA was strongly considering the idea of taking the television events off the road and moving them to a single location. There's no word yet as to whether TNA intends to make the Impact Zone their permanent home, but it was among the options the company was said to be considering a while back. This is a step backwards for the company, though also a very necessary move given the budget restraints.
