TNA News: Jeff Jarrett returns to television

Jeff Jarrett has returned as an on-air character for TNA by speaking to Mick Foley via telephone on Thursday's Impact. Jarrett's character was disgruntled with TNA and ended up hanging up on Foley. It was announced later in the show that TNA cameras will follow Foley as he heads to Jarrett's home in a segment that will air on next week's show.

Powell's POV: I reported earlier today on the Dot Net Members' website that Jarrett was expected to return soon. Most sources predicted early 2010, but he was a month ahead of their estimates. It's also worth noting that Jarrett has been in the TNA offices lately. I'm not sure what his behind the scenes role is with TNA at this point, but I have heard plenty of speculation from TNA sources that Jarrett will be involved in a program with Hulk Hogan at some point.
