The judge presiding over the Jeff Hardy case in Cameron, N.C. agreed on Wednesday to the defense's request for a continuance. The next hearing is scheduled for May 10, 2010.
Powell's POV: Hardy is free to continue working for TNA, so I assume he'll be at the television taping on Monday in Orlando. He is not advertised for Sunday's Destination X pay-per-view, but I suppose there's nothing stopping him from making an unadvertised appearance.
