TNA News: Jeff Hardy court hearing scheduled for today to face drug related charges

TNA star Jeff Hardy is scheduled to return to Moore County, North Carolina court today to face drug related charges stemming from his arrest on September 11, 2009.

Powell's POV: Hardy's case has been continued repeatedly and it remains to be seen whether today's hearing will be any different. He is charged with felony drug trafficking, felony possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy to traffic opium.
