TNA president Dixie Carter has announced that the company will tape Impact on February 24 in Fayetteville, N.C. To follow Carter on Twitter, visit Twitter.com/TNADixie. [Thanks to Dot Net reader Andrae Jones]

Prowrestling.net reported back in mid-October last year that TNA wanted to hold more pay-per-view events and Impacts on the road. Dot Net Members were also told again in a recent Dot Net Weekly audio show that there was some talk of a scheduled live event becoming an Impact taping. As a viewer, I think it's great to see the show move to a different environment. My only concern is that it could be a costly to hold the tapings outside the Impact Zone.
