TNA News: Hulk Hogan planning to sue Bubba the Love Sponge

TNA legend Hulk Hogan is planning to sue longtime friend Bubba the Love Sponge (Todd Clem) over the sex tape leaking. TMZ.com is reporting that Hogan intends to file a lawsuit in Florida alleging invasion of privacy.

Powell's POV: For those living under a rock the last few weeks, Hogan's sexual encounter with Bubba's then wife Heather. Bubba claimed he wasn't aware that the encounter was taped, but TMZ broke the news that Bubba can be heard boasting at the end of the footage that he and Heather could sell the tape and retire from the profits.
